You and your guests are cordially invited to attend the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA) Tallahassee Chapter membership meeting on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at 3:00 pm EST at One‐O‐One Restaurant located on Kleman Plaza in downtown Tallahassee.
Tallahassee Chapter officers and board members will meet prior to the membership meeting at 2:00 pm CST at One‐O‐One.
Following the meeting, Jimmy Buffett will perform live in concert at the Donald Tucker Civic Center at 8:00pm EST. To celebrate the occasion, hors dʹoeuvres and drink specials will be served following our meeting.
The meeting will include a comprehensive overview of Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association, National Restaurant Association, and American Hotel & Lodging Association member benefits including opportunities to reduce operating expenses, increase revenue, train employees, protect your food and alcohol licenses, market your business, network with industry leaders, attend events, participate in special sponsor programs and discounts, and lobby the Florida legislature and Congress. We will also discuss the 1st Annual Capital Cuisine Restaurant Week in Tallahassee scheduled for April 12‐22.
Attire is casual. Attendees are encouraged to wear festive Jimmy Buffett concert garb to the meeting. We will award exciting prizes to members wearing the best ʺParrothead outfitsʺ. “Come CASH flush to the meeting as we will continue our monthly 50/50 raffle!!! Purchase a chance or chances to win 50% of the pot. $1.00 for one ticket and $5.00 for ten tickets. You can’t win if you don’t play and you must be present to win.”
