The federally required Natural Resources Damage Assessment (NRDA) process is underway and you have opportunities to influence how billions of dollars for environmental restoration will be spent. From projects like beach renourishment, dune walk-over installations, oyster reefs and sea grass plantings; public input is being sought. Yet time is limited to May 15.
