Regulatory Compliance Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association and is the “field training arm” of FRLA.  RCS, Florida’s oldest and largest provider, offers programs designed to protect your valuable alcohol and restaurant licenses. 

Protecting your alcohol license is a priority for RCS.  It’s Responsible Vendor Program is structured to keep your business in compliance with Florida’s Responsible Vendor Act thereby preventing suspension or revocation of your alcohol license. 

As Florida’s only contracted Food Handler Certificate Program provider, FRLA has the required materials and RCS provides the training to keep your employees up to date on mandated food safety issues. 

Your management team is required to have a Certified Professional Food Manager on duty at all times.  RCS also offers the ServSafe Certified Professional Food Managers Course and Exam including the “Passing Guarantee”.
